Tropicana Student Living is home to students from all over the world who come to Santa Barbara to attend UCSB, SBCC and international language schools.  

We are dedicated to serving the needs of students, parents, educational institutions, investors and the local community. With our strong relationships with our college and university partners, we are proud of our student communities and Tropicana’s outstanding student residential life program.

In the summer, Tropicana welcomes thousands of campers to its Santa Barbara Camp & Conference Center.  We are host to more than 90 summer camps and conferences.
